Description
Focusing on teachers in their early career stages, nationally-recognized character-development specialist Jim Kestner will share keys to transforming classroom management from rewards and punishments to self-respect, self-discipline, and responsibility. Participants will discover ways to change student perspectives about behaviors and choices with proven approaches that virtually eliminate student behavior challenges by establishing an appreciation for and willingness to actively engage in the learning process. This live session will be recorded and shared with all registrants afterward.
