This training is for anyone utilizing the RISE, RISE Modified, or other teacher evaluation tools. Anyone who will serve as a primary or secondary evaluator will need to be trained.
We will address all issues pertaining to the requirements for teacher evaluation. We will practice observing and evaluating teachers, how to conference with teachers, and how to use information from teacher evaluations to determine SIP plans and PD for your teachers.
