Description
As we work with English Learners (ELs) in the mathematics classrooms, there are many things to consider. This workshop will engage participants in identifying the strengths of ELs, provide a variety of activities for informal assessment, and examine vocabulary that can support or hinder ELs as they communicate what they know and can do mathematically. This will be a virtual session from 4:00-5:30 PM ET.
