~Notebook Circuits: Make-it, Take-it Kits! (5-8) - Available to WVEC Title 4 Consortium Members Only

Description

Join the Purdue Science Outreach team for Notebook Circuit experiments that will introduce you to the concepts of charge, electrical energy and electric current, using paper models and magnetic white boards. You will physically see what a simple circuit looks like and how it works, and how more complex circuits are different. You will also be able to measure voltage and current with a multimeter, to learn about energy transformations occurring in the examples of the different kinds of circuits you construct. Teachers will walk away with sets of materials for your class. Leave the workshop with a classroom set of materials! This is available to WVEC Title 4 Consortium Members Only! Registration is limited to the first 30 registrants!

*This event is held at Purdue University.

This free special opportunity is available only to WVEC Title 4 Consortium members.  Not sure if your school corporation is part of the consortium?  Check here.
